Prototype I, proof of mechanism
A welded steel test bed built to answer one question: can cardboard be processed cleanly, quietly, and safely inside a home? Exposed motors, hand-wired controls, and a single mission. Prove the mechanism.
03Aluminum extrusion / Modular
Prototype II, the architecture
An aluminum extrusion chassis with a serviceable, modular interior. The mechanism became a system. Collection bag, drive train, controls, each part designed to be refined independently on the way to a finished object.

The Cardboard Cruncher
Two years of iteration, condensed into a single quiet appliance. Steel and glass on the outside, a fully resolved system within. The first luxury appliance for cardboard waste.
